Anila joined the firm as an associate in 2007.  She received her LLB from UBC in 2005, clerked at the B.C. Supreme Court, and completed her articles at Lawson Lundell in Vancouver.
Anila advises and represents clients on a wide variety of criminal, civil, and administrative matters, including defence of Criminal Code charges, special prosecutions, criminal and civil forfeiture, police discipline, civil litigation involving police agencies, inquests, and judicial inquiries.  She has appeared as counsel at all levels of court in British Columbia
