Tom and Devin will go over the process and the role that appraisals play for insurance placement and risk management. They will answer questions such as, “What is an insurance appraisal? What are the correct premises of value for insurance placement for different assets? What is the correct scope for inclusions (what to include or consider)? What is the appraisal process? What do you do with the appraisal once completed?”
