Andy has over 30 years of senior management experience in transportation, healthcare and government including finance, planning, corporate services, business development, asset management, mergers and organizational change management.

Andy is General Manager, Finance and Chief Financial Officer for the District of North Vancouver and past co-chair of the District’s Asset Management Steering Committee.

Andy is a Graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology, a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant and holds a Masters Degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University.

Current volunteer work includes: Co-Chair Asset Management BC, local government representative on the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC’s Government Organizations Accounting and Auditing Forum and Chair Metro Vancouver Regional Finance Officers Advisory Committee.
