Jeremy Poole has defended British Columbia municipalities in civil actions for 20 years. He has acted in cases involving all aspects of municipal operations including road maintenance and design, building inspection and plan approval, zoning decisions, drainage and irrigation, police and fire services as well as occupiers’ liability claims relating to sidewalks, trails, parks and recreational facilities. He has successfully represented MIABC insured municipalities in both the B.C. Supreme Court and B.C. Court of Appeal.
Jeremy’s experience includes numerous cases where he has defended municipal police departments and their officers in civil actions for damages.
