Carolyn MacEachern is a partner with Young Anderson, where she advises clients on all areas of law related to the workplace, including human rights, labour relations and employment law. She also regularly advises clients on freedom of information and protection of privacy matters. Carolyn has represented clients in matters before the courts as well as labour arbitrators, the Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal, the Employment Standards Tribunal and the Information and Privacy Commissioner. She strives to find solutions to labour, employment and human rights issues that are cost-effective, avoid unnecessary litigation and conflict, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
