Jeff Locke is a litigation lawyer who has been representing local governments since the 1990s, and is regularly retained by the MIABC as external defence counsel. Jeff has acted for local governments in many trials and appeals, in a wide variety of claims, disputes and complex crisis situations, and is regularly involved in providing risk-management advice.
