Lindsay joined the firm of Dolden Wallace Folick LLP in 2018 with a practice that mainly focusses on professional liability (errors and omissions). Her clients include architects, engineers, real estate agents and various local government agencies and staff including police officers, fire fighters, building inspectors and recreational staff. She specializes in both complex construction disputes as well as catastrophic personal injury matters. Lindsay spent 10 years defending local governments as Legal Counsel and the Director of Claims and Legal Services for the MIABC and she speaks regularly at conferences throughout the province on liability and risk management issues facing local governments, registered professionals and real estate agents. Lindsay has extensive litigation experience at all levels of court in British Columbia.
